Does this sound familiar?

You've noticed something off about your water

  • The bathroom smells like a swimming pool after you run a bath.
  • The water tastes foul, so the family drinks from bottles instead.
  • Skin and hair feel dry, and scale keeps coming back on the screens.

That's exactly the problem a whole-house filter solves — at every tap, not just the kitchen.

Choosing a system

Two-stage or three-stage?

It comes down to what you want from the water. For most Perth homes, if better tasting and healthier water is all you're after, a two-stage filter is enough. Add the third stage when hard water and scale are the problem.

Neither system removes 100% of the minerals that cause hard water — the three-stage reduces them by around 80%.

Inside the system

Custom cartridge configurations

Each stage does one job. We configure them around your water, not a catalogue.

Stage 1 · Sediment

Traps what you can see

A 20" Jumbo Polyspun 5 micron cartridge — your home's first line of defence against dirt, rust and solid particles, built to hold high sediment loads without choking flow.

Stage 2 · Chemicals

Removes what you can smell

A 20" Jumbo Fibron Carbon 5 micron cartridge that strips chlorine and the compounds behind bad taste and odour — the one that ends the swimming-pool bathroom.

Stage 3 · Finishing

Handles what's left

High-capacity softening resin that reduces the minerals causing hard water by up to 80%, cutting scale on fixtures, screens and inside your appliances.

Powder-coated filter housing installed on the side of a Perth home

Built for the Perth sun

We've got you covered

Your system sits outside, so we build the housing for it. Powder-coated aluminium, UV and weather resistant, and colour-matched so it disappears into the wall instead of announcing itself.

  • UV and weather-resistant cover
  • Powder-coated aluminium
  • Warp-proof durability
  • Custom colours to match your home

Salt-free, power-free

Superior Scaleblock

Our systems can be fitted with salt-free, electricity-free cartridges that cut limescale and hard-water damage without stripping the healthy minerals out of your water. Hard water causes headaches all over the house and quietly shortens the life of anything that uses it.

  • No salt, no power, no ongoing running cost
  • Keeps the healthy minerals in the water
  • Less scale on screens, fixtures and elements

About us

Hey, I'm Ashley

Even as a plumber myself, I didn't really believe water filters made much difference to our water supply — until I installed one at my own home. After having my son, I'd walk into the bathroom after filling the bath for our bedtime routine and the room would smell like a swimming pool.

As soon as the filter went in, the smell went instantly. The water tasted better. Cups of tea were nicer, soap lathered up more in the shower, and my wife's skin and hair were better.

Before you ask

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between a two-stage and three-stage whole house filter?
Our two-stage filters use a 20" Jumbo Fibron Carbon 5 micron filter to remove chlorine, offensive taste and odours alongside high-capacity sediment removal, plus a 20" Jumbo Polyspun Sediment 5 micron filter that handles heavy sediment loads while maintaining flow. Three-stage systems add a third cartridge that reduces water hardness and scale — softener cartridges remove around 80% of the minerals that cause hard water.
What's the difference between a whole house filter and an under-sink or reverse osmosis system?
A whole house filter treats all the water entering your home — every tap, shower and appliance. Under-sink and reverse osmosis systems only filter water at one point, usually the kitchen tap, and focus on drinking and cooking water.
What is the quoting process?
We book a plumbing technician to visit your home and see what's needed to get a filtration system installed. We aim to place it in a suitable location close to the water main, which keeps the cost down and the job to a standard install. Once we've confirmed where the system can go, we give you a price for the installation.
Do I really need a whole house water filter if my tap water looks clean?
Even clear water can contain invisible contaminants like chlorine, pesticides and microplastics. Whole house systems don't just improve drinking water — they also protect your skin, hair, appliances and plumbing.
How do I know which system is right for my home?
We offer free in-home assessments to test your water, inspect your plumbing and recommend the best system for your needs — whether that's a whole house, under-sink or reverse osmosis system.
How long does installation take?
Most systems go in between half a day and a full day, depending on your plumbing setup. We'll give you a clear time estimate when we assess your home.
When can I get it installed?
Usually the same day you approve the quote.
Will it filter my outdoor taps and sprinkler water too?
Whole house filters treat all water entering your property, including outdoor taps and hoses — good if you want less chlorine on the garden or the car. That said, we normally install the filter after the take-off point for your sprinkler system, which reduces how often the cartridges need changing.
How often do the filters need changing?
It depends on the system and your water quality. Most cartridges need replacing every 6 to 12 months. We'll tell you the recommended schedule and can remind you when it's due.
Will a filter fix my eczema?
Many of our customers notice a difference in their skin and hair, but we can't claim that any filter we install will cure a health condition.
